"Clean with good bedding and space. BUT the TV remote was confusing and dysfunctional. And then no HD on my big TV screen, what a surprise and disappointment. Some channels had as much snow as a 1950s TV. I could hear my neighbors talking, walking, and even breathing as one of them slept! My coffee maker didn't work and the ice machine near my room was jammed. My reception at check-in was cold, and I wasn't shown the price of my room with taxes and fees included. When I checked out I was told I would get a receipt via email. None has yet arrived. I did appreciate the fact that at one point I was able to get a covered parking space, but I would not stay at this hotel again."

Breakfast are adequate, and great for something quick, and items are restocked quickly. I have to say the furnishings are showing a lot of wear and tear. The ottoman in my room was missing most of the top layer of fabric. And the lamp on the wall next to the bed was not attached well. When I unplugged my charger, I was afraid it was going to fall off. From a security standpoint, it has always felt safe. Which is important to me. Despite the few improvements that could be made, I will be staying here in the future "
