"The location of the hotel and the view are fantastic (we had a full ocean view, in the front of the hotel facing the ocean). But here's the big BUT: our washroom was terrible, I'm sorry to say. Maybe some rooms have been renovated over the years, but ours was not (#1129), our bathroom had no counter (just a pedestal sink), not electrical outlets that worked, the cheapest shower head you can find and the toilet made a horrendous, very loud explosion-like noise every time we flushed... such a pity, cause the rest was fine, but this washroom was not what you expect in a hotel this expensive. Please renovate soon!"
