"Stuff really great, the breakfast very varied and plentiful. The lounge on the 10th floor was really useful as a resting place although our room was very large and comfortable. The whole property is very clean and would certainly stay here again."

"The customer service from hotel staff at all levels (from the concierge, bell boy, check in staff, daily cleaners) was exceptional. The rooms were clean and modern and location was very central to everything. The Forbidden City (aka Palace Museum) and Tiannamen square was only a 10 minute walk away and Wangfujing pedestrian road was just on the other side of the APM mall across the street from the hotel with several metro station as options if metro is your preferred transport. Our stay would have recieved the full 5 stars had it not been for the sewage smell that we waft in the main area of the room every so often from the bathroom but this isn't the fault of the hotel but rather an infrastructure issue from the city's contruction as you will get that smell every so often when you walk past sewage drains in the city. The buffet option was excellent with a wide variety of food ranges from chinese food to western food options which was appreciated after 3 weeks of travel in China. Would definitely stay here again for the location, customer service levels and buffet option. "

"Breakfast time was so busy with too many people and staff are also wiping out the table so fast that I lose my table many times. :("

"Rooms were a good size, but the rooms we had smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking. The staff weren't super helpful or approachable. The buffet breakfast was fairly cheap and great that kids ate free since we had 3 kids and 3 rooms. Great location, walking distance to most main attractions."

"This is a stunning hotel with excellent facilities and great staff. Its location is perfect for Beijing and it has everything one could possibly want, including a little robot to deliver room service, amazing!"

"Everything about our stay was really good, other than the breakfast. We arrived down at 7am most mornings and the food options where limited and cold. 2 coffee machines for an incredibly large amount of guests. We've stayed at a number for 4-5* hotels in China which were significantly better. "

"skip the breakfast if you must. its the worst hotel breakfast i ever had & limited variety. hotel room just renovated so its modern besides that the hotel is quite dated like stepping back to the 90s. location is not too bad since you are 5 mins walk away from the shopping strip. my first time in beijing but i doubt i will stay near wangfujing again, shopping there is not that fantastic after all the hype i read. the hotel is not the cheapest too."

"Near the Beijing embassy area. Hence very quiet at night. Good for a restful sleep. Not far from Beijing central area like palace. Staff are knowledgeable. Advised us on how to get palace tickets as we did not rebook online and online tickets were sold out on the day we wish to visit. Decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are big. Provide turn-down service and gave us eye masks! "
