"Staff was amazing, cleaned the room as if they were my mother. Clothes folded, dangling charging cables tidied up, shoes and slippers all arranged neatly. Even my teeth retainers I left in the cup with cleaning solution, they covered with a napkin. Laundry machine conveniently available, and room was very clean and bright"
