"Quiet Environment, Good scenery, Attentive staff "

"Firstly the staff is very lovely : friendly, helpful and very nice. The property is beautiful and really cha4ming too. It’s luxurious but in a tasteful way. The ho5el Decoration is wonderful. It.s very tranquil though you an walk everywhere. It is SO nice to retrieve to your room throughout the day as the heat and humidity hits you badly! Breakfast offering is really good too. Didn’t dine in hotel as we were keen to experience the vibrancy of Hoi An and ALL its culinary offerings. Hoi An itself is so deserving of a visit!! It is a true little jewel : so much joy, so much charm and beauty! Beautiful old wooden houses everywhere with very pretty tiles and incredibly sweet streets full of pretty ochre and salmon walls. Only improvement I would suggest is that we stayed at Allegro end of May and the pool is very warm (feels like a warm bath) and therefore wasn’t refreshing at all. And only other little negative : the cocktails are not brilliant but that seems to be the case in all of Vietnam. I would definitely very highly recommend this hotel and only wish I could have stayed a few days longer. A truly magical stop, for both town and Allegro hotel itself."

"Staff was extremely friendly when we arrived for check in. Thuan was very nice and gave us some tips of things to do in the area. Pool was very nice and clean as was the area around the poolm rooms are spacious and clean. Would stay here again"

"Loved the staff, loved the breakfast. Lots of tasty local dishes as well as western standards, and savoury options and changing tasty salads. The coffee was fantastic too. Loved the view, loved our bathroom and decor. Loved the location, just far enough away from centre but an easy enough 10 min walk. Walking along the river was lovely and the evening breeze a godsend! Really liked the staff and supervisors coming and introducing themselves. Services explained without any hard sell Not as nice: Some noise from other rooms and the river. Pool area in roof a little sad and the water a little warm for my tastes. No Netflix on TV. Espresso martini during happy hour was pretty awful. Bed is firm, which you may or may not like, we slept well."
