Amazing Customer Service

Khoi and the staff working here are so friendly and happy to help with anything. Amazing hospitality from them. We would definitely recommend - we stayed in a double room which was really nice.

What a lovely stay with their friendly hosts. Hospitality exceeded expectations, you are made welcome as soon as you step in the door and everyone is friendly and helpful. Food was great and rooftop is perfect spot for beers and a view. A range of activities for guests that give you an authentic experience. Thanks and will definitely recommend my friends back home.

Located near the city center district 1(perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides you with great hospitality. The hotel owner Mr.Khoi is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides you with almost every facility from good rooms. The rooftop beer of the hotel was fantastic, had a good view, and was chill out. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and family. You won't regret it, just be there!

Very accommodating hosts. I did skip and injure my knee coming out of the bathroom because the floor was wet. A non-slip may should be a reasonable accommodation for the room.

the Saigon Authentic Hostel was one of the best place, I’ve ever stayed in Vietnam. I didn’t know this place just opened few days ago. So everything was so clean and lovely. from the lobby to the rooftop which is amazing. Especially, the staffs were friendly and helpful. They gave me a freebeer, freewifi, free cycling for an hour. I feel like i stay with my friends not like a hotel. You will have a good decision if you take this hostel. Thanks Ryan

Posizione infelice in strada molto trafficata, struttura modesta con aree comuni molto piccole su 4 livelli e poco attrezzate. Molto gentile e disponibile la proprietaria. Tuttavia le proposte turistiche sono molto favorevoli solo per la gestione, meno x i clienti. Mi riferisco alla cena familiare servita ad appena 17 $ (mentre la media esterna varia da 1 a 5 $) ed alla proposta di trasferimento dall'aereoporto a 22 euro (quando il taxi costa 8 euro) e la camera doppia a me riservata a 24 euro come un buon 3 stelle a Saigon ma con servizi e materiali troppo modesti (materasso, biancheria da ostello, tv non funzionante) ad un prezzo esagerato.

Recomendo a todos!

Este hostel é gerido por uma família muito acolhedora e simpática, a mãe faz todos os dias um pequeno almoço maravilhoso, e tem imensas atividades para os hóspedes, como aula de cozinha, passeios pelo distrito 4, tours pela street food. Muito bom recomendo muito! Ficaria mais noites que tivesse tempo. Vou sempre recomendar este hostel em HCMC
