Some cleanliness issues.

Reception at the hotel was friendly but the bathroom was dirty with hair trimmings around the sink and mould in several places.

Worse hotel ever.

We booked this hotel based on photos of the hotel ads. Turns out it was a lie. Hotel was super dirty inside out. Rooms are filled with ants and coaches. We booked 5 rooms a week before our trip. Ended up waiting for over 2 hours just for them to figure out which room to put us in. Front desk attitude was bad. They tried to over charge when I needed another room. I show them the price on the app. They changed it to the price showed on hotel.com. We booked for 2 days and our family of 18 people gave up on our room at 6 am after first night. Most of us couldn’t sleep after a very long trip from the America. Due to the smell/ noise/ and dirtiness. 2 of the rooms shower head were not working. Most wall plugs were not working. One sparks constantly when I tried to charge my out of battery phone. Couldn’t make this up. Save your money and time. Stay away from this place

Phòng xuống cấp trầm trọng. Vệ sinh quá kém, bẩn, nhiều bụi. Cách âm kém, Tiếng ồn từ bên ngoài và từ hành lang, phòng bên cạnh. Không có nước nóng để tắm. TV không xem được. Ổ cắm điện nhiều nhưng không có điện để sạc pin Nhân viên quá thiếu chuyên nghiệp.
