Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Hotel did not provide any check-in information. When I reached out to arrange airport pick up, there was no response via phone or expedia messaging. I showed up to the property and there was no front desk to help. Expedia representative tried to contact the hotel and there was no response. Do not book!
