The room was spacious and clean. I had a balcony, which was cool... bathroom good sized, needed some more horizontal space to put things, but was pleased with its cleanliness and moderness. Great hot water!

Good sized room, AC working well was a bonus. Great breakfast. despite warnings of noise, we were pleasantly surprised; city street noises but quieted down plenty of sleep. Staff was kind and accommodating.

The hotel is centrally located. As long as you pay and don't run into any issue, no problem. But if any problem comes up, don't expect management to help you. I lost all my money during one stay (no break-in). When i mention it to the (operation) manager, he assure me that he'll look into it right away, he'll investigate it immediately, and they'll find out who enter my room on that night (previous stay). Yet, never once did he ask me for any details about the incident such as what date, or time, or even what room i stayed in. Makes you wonder what is he going to investigate.

I booked a standard they provide ne a deluxe instead upon checking in the staff never inform me about upgrade i never for. What happen was that room had a share balcony between 2 room side by side i was surprise they provide me that deluxe with a damage lockset. The whole night i was awake till morning cos stranger can easlly ecess to my room. The next morning i told tge receptionist she is aware if the defect lockset. Meaning is that they are risking the life for no reason. Avoid this for christ sake. I checkout the next morning 27/6/2022.

Bra hotel med bra läge

tervänder hit för 6e gången tror jag. Läget på det här hotelet är mycket bra, gångavstånd till i princip allt. Servicen på hotelet är bra. Det enda som gjorde mig besviken den här gången var frukosten då man ändrat om den lite. Det finns bra billig frukost på restaurangerna utanför hotelet som jag rekomenderar att man tar istället för att äta på hotelet. Hit återkommer jag definitivt nästa gång också då personalen är densamma idag som var när jag kom dit för 5 år sedan första gången. Älskar dom.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Excellent stay there. Can easily hire a taxi with the help of hotel staff. Simple breakfast but their noodle soup is delicious. I left my haversack in the taxi after shopping. Luckily the hotel staff were able to retrieve it for me. Thumbs up for their excellent services. Will definitely stay there again.

The facilities were clean and hygienic. There was the odd problem with the hot water service of the showers/basin taps, however, this was rectified. A small problem with the toilet - NOT full flushing as well.
