Me and my wife love this hotel. It meets are needs. The staff is excellent. Especially the young girl who works during the day. Never had a problem with anything. We have stayed here twice now. We plan to go back in April.

Also known as the Hotel Royal, this hotel is clean, convenient, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the beds are not hard, and the staff are accommodating. We stayed here twice and the front desk seemed happy to see us again. A very nice place to stay in Saigon.

First night we arrived the hotel was overbooked and we were provided a room of much worse condition of a nearby/partner hotel. I took the time to explain the situation to the hotel owner, and I was pleased to find them to be understanding and quite accommodating. As a result, they kindly provided a partial refund for our stay that night. Overall, the hotel itself was very clean and appeared to be in good condition. Plus, it's conveniently located within easy reach of all the major attractions in the area. The staffs were also extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

A small, excellent hotel. If I come back to Saigon, I will stay there again! The location is perfect for all excursions, the organizers pick up the guests here in the first district! Good proximity to the sights. No breakfast - but that's not important, there are cafes practically on the doorstep, there is a Banh mi on the street. Circle K has two 24-hour shops next to the hotel. The rooms are extremely clean, as is the furnishings. And: the hotel staff are almost like family and provide all kinds of support, lovingly and for the guest!

We did not have a chance to stay at the hotel. When we tried to check in, we were told the hotel was undergoing remodeling/reconstruction, so the room was not available. They had, however, booked us at another hotel nearby. While the new hotel was clean and the staff was nice, the room was quite small. The bed was directly against the closet. You had to climb on the bed to get access to the closet. I don't know if the new room was worse or better than the originally booked room, but I definitely cannot give a review on the original room fairly. I just don't like last-minute surprises. Not a single warning or notification.
