The rooms need remodelling and cleaning thoroughly. The curtains and furniture is very dated. The shower doesn't drain and is disgusting. The air conditioning is not powerful at all, i asked to borrow a fan from the female receptionists and was told no. The tour guide then asked the male night receptionist and suddenly one was available! After a 10 days in other accommodation, including an overnight train and a boat, this was the worst!

Great Place to stay

excellent from the moment I stepped into the lobby the service is first rate, I asked for a table for my room to put my luggage on and it was done, all you could ever want from a hotel was done for you all arrangements for tours taxis

No outlets!

There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom, and on my last night I finally found ONE outlet in the room hidden behind the curtain. Until then, I had to get under the desk and unplug the lamp to plug in my phone, then had to get under again to unplug phone and plug in hair dryer. Not fun.

Hyvä sijainti, lyhyt kävelymatka es. Food Market, Ben Thanh kauppahalli, Skydeck,Hindutemppeli Mariamman. Kattoterassin virkistävä uima-allas oli viehättävä. Hotellin sänky oli todella hyvä ja pyyhkeet ihanan pehmeät paksut ja valkoiset. Yöllä huoneeseen ei kuulunut ääniä, joten lepo oli taattu. Erittäin hyvä hinta/laatu hotellissa.

附近吃的很多，有便宜有高級，也靠近市場 房間隔音還算ok 健身房開放時間很短，而且跑步機無法使用 泳池區沒有禁菸有點糟糕

I would not rate this hotel 4 stars. Upon check in the hotel did not have my booking, I had to show my confirmation email at least 4 times. The rooms are small and dark with very hard beds and pillows. I would recommend skipping the breakfast and going else where. The pool and "gym" are terrible. When checking out we had asked staff to order us a taxi, after waiting over 20 mintues, we than went out on the street and ordered it ourselves which came in less than 1 minute.

I forgot my glasses in the room and reported it soon after I discovered. The staff was very attentive to my loss and immediately answered my mail. They were very considerate about my issue which shows a professional attitude and works ethics. Not so common in Vietnam. The location of the hotel was great, just in walking distance to Ben Thanh market. Vibrant and lively neighborhood.

アップグレードする価値はあまりありませんが、サービスの質は良いです

ホーチミンに到着する時間が飛行機のスケジュール変更のため早くなってしまったため、アーリーチェックインできるか確認したところ、10時以降で部屋が空いていればできるとの回答でした。私が到着した際はまだ前のゲストがチェックアウトしていないとのことで、別の部屋にアップグレードすればチェックインできるといわれたため、１泊10USDでアップグレードしました。ですが、そこまでの高級感は無いため、別にアップグレードせず、少し待てばよかったかなと思っています。 サービスの質はよく、朝食の選択肢もたくさんあります。プールは狭いながらもきれいでした。

Pros: Location is great, staff were pleasant, room was clean, breakfast was average Cons: Pool lining has lifted, gym equipment is minimal and may as well not be there, no lighting in the rooms other than bedside lamps which made it quite dark but still ok with windows open.

Great Choice

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Close to many restaurants and the market. Staff were all polite and helpful. Only issue was the wifi being a little slow.
