CityHouse Bellita is excellent for the price. The building feels new, the room was very clean, and everything worked properly. The shower had strong pressure and reliable hot water. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was stocked with the basics you’d need for a short stay. The room is on the smaller side — likely a bit tight for families — but perfect for solo travelers and fine for couples. The area is quieter and more residential, which I appreciated. Staff were kind and responsive. Overall, it punches above its weight for the cost. I would stay again

Lovely friendly staff, room modern clean and great value. Air con good. Noisy in night from above room. Small size space for 2 bedroom but for cheap price very good. No utensils or cutlery or crockery in kitchen. Neither safe was open nor resolved during stay. Laundry available very close to hotel.

This place is such a gem 💎 The staff here are so amazing and friendly and really care about their guests. The facility is nice, new, and clean and has everything a traveler could want. I am definitely going to recommend this place for anyone who plans on visiting Saigon.
