(1) No bottled water provide (2) Poor customer service and poor English, you cannot communciate with them if you dont know Japanses. "I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and divers as well as the super. The star were the open air baths. For those like me with their head in the clouds, the bath can be accessed from the 6th floor where the onsens desk is. I loved my stay. Thank you! "
