This is a two tower property where one tower is long term rental and the other is short term rental like a hotel. My room faced a street and the noise was negligible. It was spacious and had a washer and dryer that was great. Many restaurants are within walking distance. If you are staying longer, you will need to drive to a supermarket.
I had a one bedroom with a full sized bed. A king or queen would have been better. It was very quiet despite facing a busy street. It took a little while for the apartment to heat up and there was a slight echo because there’s nothing on the walls and no carpet in the kitchen/living room. It is easy to get an uber and there’s several restaurants within walking distance.
