"Room smelled like smoke when we first arrived. It wasn't suffocating so I didn't have to change rooms. Front desk lady did her best to get us in a room because they canceled our previous room. I was under the impression we wouldn't be charged until we checked in , but she explained they do a pre authorization before we arrive. Guess what my card was locked. I appreciate her so much. We didn't get to eat breakfast because they start at 6am but that bacon smell was music to my nose. Beds were comfortable and would definitely return. "

"When we arrived in a Friday evening their system was down and they were unable to check anyone in like normal. It was very busy with many people arriving all at once. They still managed to be very efficient. The room was very spacious and clean. Also quiet despite being right next to the airport. Staff was all very courteous. We also had a great experience with valet, I think they were an outside company. It was also one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had. We would definitely stay there again. "
