Wonderful views from this hilltop hotel, but it's a long, steep walk back from the beaches! We took the hotel bus down to the beach and walked back after spending some time at the port. It's isolated, but there's a free bus from/to Toyohashi Station. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great, and much of the hotel has been recently renovated. Unfortunately they have changed the afternoon times for the onsen so that women have access to their part at 3pm but men from 5pm, which we found...

Far from city. Good for relax and ocean view, bath

Good hotel and convenient access to the airport.

The reception staff is very good. The room and facilities in the room are worth the price paid. The light in the room is a bit dim but it's okay. The hotel bus driver was very helpful. Overall, everything is very good. I am very impressed.

Excellent hotel 10 mins walk from Chubu airport

best hotel for stay before take flight at chubu centrair airport next day.

Good hotel, clean and staff pleasant. Parking available. Unfortunately no responses to emails before and after stay (emails in Japanese and English). Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it.

A good location, a short train ride from the airport. Clean room, tasty buffet breakfast. Very good.

The room was pretty good and clean. Employees were very nice and helpful. The hotel mate was very diligent and nice. I'm really recommend if you want to live close to the train. The last but not least, the hotel breakfast was fantastic.

Near the train station. Not noisy. Staff helpful. Free coffee in dining area, also you can bring food there to heat and eat during the day/evening. Room inc. breakfast. Shutters on window a good feature, can leave window open at night and get some ventilation. Room was too hot but you could open the window. Room/bed was small. Breakfast was ok but could be improved.

The staff was amazing. Best of all, the facilities at the hotel made our trip so much easy. Laundry with dryer, night gown and little travel essentials werr also available.

Although the staff were mostly able to speak English, many of the signs were only in Japanese. This included the instructions on the toilet and the kettle. Google came to the rescue and translated whatever we needed. The restaurant staff were very helpful and even gave us a tour of the extensive buffet the first evening. The buffet food was delicious and plentiful. Our room was twice as big as we expected, which was a nice surprise! I wonder if we accidentally reserved a suite, which would...
