"The rooms are spacious. I stayed for four nights and had to work from the room much of the week, so the desk space was very helpful and the overall room size was very comfortable. The in-room coffee is adequate, and the complimentary daily coffee in the lobby is a nice added feature. I also needed to print documents during my stay, and the business center worked perfectly for that purpose. The staff is fine—perhaps not overly friendly, but certainly not unfriendly. "They were going to charge me $30 for checking in 25 min early! The room made us sneeze like crazy. There was NO HOT WATER! We called downstairs and they told us it happens sometimes but they had no maintenance. Front desk just said sorry the next morning and never offered any compensation. We never got to take a shower. The pillows and bed were horrible. We came into town for a funeral. This couldn't have been a more horrible experience. "
