"Overall, the facility was very nice with multiple pool areas. One is a little more kid friendly, and the other a little more adult friendly. Getting a little bit dated, with a few maintenance issues, including a broken elevator in the lobby. But the room was clean and comfortable. We had a two bedroom condo unit which was very roomy and Comfortable. Overall a pleasant say with nice amenities. Not brand new, but Clean and well-managed. The staff was excellent."

"We had an issue with the tub. It would not drain. Called front desk and they managed to put us in another room. We appreciated the quick response."

"You get what you pay for, the pool absolutely disgusting had cigars and cigarettes floating in it plus it was Green. No coffee in your room or in the lobby, no ice machines, he picked up maybe four channels, air conditioner made horrible racket for the entire two days I was there. If you're driving anything larger than a car you have to pay $50 a night to park. The carpet in the rooms I walked around for maybe 3 minutes in my socks change my shoes and the bottom of my socks were already black."

"The staff was great who was able to in get me in for early check in and immediately changed my room when to had issues with the initial room. My low scoring is because none of my specific request prior to check in was fulfilled. The sheets was dirty, the bed is low and not beneficial for someone with a bad back and neck. Even though the hotel looks renovated you can clearly see it’s old and a lil run down. The bathroom down at the bottom was splitting, the iron had built up calcium that ruined a top. I was willing to pay for the breakfast Buffett which I paid over $50 for mines and my husband breakfast which was not worth the price. I literally ate 2 shot-glass of granola Parfait cup because everything else was horrible from the smelly eggs, soggy French toast, hard and salty sausage links and all of the breads/bagels were all hard."
