"Upon arrival at the hotel, I was denied check-in due to a plumbing failure. Late that evening, I had to find another hotel, which was difficult on a Friday night. I will never return to this hotel."

"It was an overnight stay in Miami due to a missed connection. It was not close to the Miami airport but cheaper than the hotels nearby. It was a long Uber ride to get there and back"

"Overall, the facility was very nice with multiple pool areas. One is a little more kid friendly, and the other a little more adult friendly. Getting a little bit dated, with a few maintenance issues, including a broken elevator in the lobby. But the room was clean and comfortable. We had a two bedroom condo unit which was very roomy and Comfortable. Overall a pleasant say with nice amenities. Not brand new, but Clean and well-managed. The staff was excellent."

"This is worst i ever stay in, after i looked at the place i didn't want to stay there but it was too late i can't cancel, money and time lost , sorry but the hotel is terrible, they need to take those fake pictures down on the website. Deceifull"

"The property is in great condition with its remodels. It’s very fresh very clean. The staff is doing an excellent job of keeping the property like new and they are doing a great job of providing attentive service to their guest. The lounge is excellent with great staff working breakfast and the evening hot hors d’oeuvres. Management is clearly visible, checking with guest, making sure everyone’s happy and offering to provide any assistance that any of the guest need. It’s been a very pleasant day for Business and there’s been a lot of travelers there for pleasure and they’ve accommodated everyone very comfortably."
