"This is the second time we had stayed in this hotel. Three positive things: fridge, microwave and the counter ladies. Garbage outside the dumpster, garbage all around the property. Breakfast was stale bread and butter. The TV most of the time we couldn’t turn it on, the rooms are so run down that I felt embarrassed for the staff. I will never stay in this place again"

"Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Took a while to check in as no one manning the front desk. Waited around 15 mins. Breakfast nice, good selection. Fresh and topped up. Nice touch of hot refreshments available all day. Good location, wouldn’t have said Woodbury outlets were a 1 min walk or walkable - there is a trail but it’s not great. Shops like Aldi and Forever 21 are walkable. Safe area. Shuttle from hotel to outlets but didn’t use"

"It's a large hotel, rooms are a good size. However, they are in need of updating. It seems that hasn't been done in quite some time (the microwave had dials!). Water pressure in the sinks was insanely strong, but it was still weak in the shower. Staff was nice, enjoyed the nightly free cocktail and snack reception. Didn't visit the pool (though we would have if there had been a hot tub)."

"Staff was not very professional, guests were playing music in the hallways at 1am and yelling loudly from room to room. Room was decent, however pillows were very thin and small."

"This hotel feels like a mini getaway even if you just need a night or two for something close by. The employees from front desk to housekeeping are always kind, gracious & attentive to needs. I had to stay here a few times due to home repairs then transitioning through a move and every room is always well cleaned and the showers I could probably sleep in. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place and the staff."

"The manager (David and Monica) are very Pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is better than many other hotels I have been. Staff is very efficient and helpful. Facility is nice and clean comfortable and roomy for the price range. The bed has an amazingly comfy mattress. I plan to come back again."
