Excellent hotel in great location. Beautiful interior.

This hotel is a gem. The wellbeing facility is top. The scenery in winter would be amazing; if I have to go Slovakia again, I will definitely stop there again. This is one of those holiday, I wish I could extend my stay further. Only one small negative, wished they used spring mattresses of mid tension.

We loved the food and the dinner was amazing. Breakfast was on another level, we knew what to expect from certain dishes from the buffet but once we tried them it was much better than anticipated… Looking forward to our next visit already.

Great breakfast and cosy spacious room. Door handle loose in bathroom as screws missing. Our room was ready before check in time which was convenient however the bin had not been emptied.

We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít. The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. We had a lovely stay. Walking distance to the gondola which takes you to Skalnate Pleso or Lomnicky stit. No complaints.

Lovely small town in the mountains

We really enjoyed staying in our studio room and although we didn't cook we did use the kitchen for breakfast and snacks. We didn't have a washing machine, but the apartments do, so keep that in mind when picking rooms. The bathroom is ultra modern with a fab shower and lots of space. It is very central in town.

Exceptionally good apartments.We stayed in rooms 2 and 3 both of which were extremely clean and tidy with quality Decor.The apartments are in a perfect location being just 5mins walk from trains and buses.The receptionists were very polite and helpful and also gave us a 20% discount for dining in the attached restaurant which was first class with a wide variety of freshly cooked quality food served by very efficient and happy people.The restaurant also was very clean,tidy and decorative.--...

Amazing location with the train station and cable cars both a short walk away. The room was a good size and felt like it had been recently updated but the bathroom could do with a little work.
