"This property was absolutely stunning . Everything was clean . The staff was so friendly and nice they answers all my questions . The breakfast was simply amazing . The pool services and atmosphere was superb! I am definitely coming back to this location ."

"The rooms were clean. The couch had crumbs and trash in it. Only know because I was looking for the missing TV remote and found it there. The rooms were nice. We appreciated the full kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out all the time. And we had an infant so it helped keep his stuff cold. The front desk staff was great. The housekeeping was pushing us to check out. Check out isn’t until 12noon and our baby was sleeping. We had plenty of time before check out. We cleaned our apartment daily and washed our towels so we had clean ones. We did not see any housekeeping in our apartment for the 8 nights we were there. Until the day w e had to check out. The pool was great. Warm and good size."

"This property is very nice and peaceful and super convenient to Cave Creek, Carefree and North Scottsdale. The units are very large with a full kitchen and large bedrooms and bathrooms. The units are starting to show their age though and could use a refresh. The room was quite clean except for the 5 dead cockroaches I found when I checked in. I was told they had sprayed the entire property a day or two before which is fine but when I reported this there was no offer to send housecleaning to clean up. I would suggest when they spray in the future they make an effort to go through all the units the da after to remove dead insects."
