"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! First, the staff are all incredibly friendly and hard working. Every single facility (multiple restrooms, kitchen, dining areas, pool, lobby etc) were kept meticulous. The continental breakfast that was included with our stay on the Element side was AMAZING! The chefs make a new fresh breakfast item each day (pancakes, avocado toast, chicken and waffles, eggs to name a few of the breakfasts we had) and they offer a selection of fruit, coffee bagels etc as well. The location offers ample parking, Sad they charge $8 to park, should be included in stay. The hotel room we had was nice too- a two queen bed with a very large restroom which is great for getting ready each day. This is a new hotel so everything still smelled fresh and amenities were in new condition as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here!"

"Great location, convenient to the Black Canyon Freeway and 101. Lighting in the room was a little confusing. Several light switches with one being the master on/off which wasn't quickly evident. Were given a handicap room, which I don't prefer. Beautiful and spacious lower level community area. Didn't feel that the check-in experience was top notch as the employee didn't project warmth and welcoming spirit. More smiles and eye contact please."

"My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful."
