"The property and staff were nothing short of amazing. However, we found ourselves in conversation about one event that took place, that left us wishing Element would have known about and was able to take appropriate actions. What I am referring to was a staff member who was “greeting guests” at the morning continental breakfast. My girlfriend reported to me that on the morning of Aug 27th @ approximately 8am, she was approached by a staff member “ Presumed staff member” who wore no identification, other than a uniform of sorts that was consistent with other staff uniforms. IE. Grey, button down shirt, long sleeved, but really looked sloppy and unkept. This individual wore a high and tight haircut, (Marine style) with salt and pepper hair in color, who wore gold, wired, rimed, glasses . My girlfriend stated that this individual approach her, moved into her personal space and exclaimed “What is your room Number?” After producing a key card. And no good morning, or any other common courtesy, this person was abrupt and curt and not close to the consistent and kind behavior that she experienced with the rest of the staff. This person made her feel very uncomfortable. I was in disbelief, until the morning of Aug, 28th, @ approx 7:15 am or so, when an individual matching the description confronted me in the same manner. I was appalled. In all my travels, I have NEVER filed a complaint against anyone but found ourselves at home and still stymied. I have so much more to say."

"We stayed just 1 night in the king suite, it was well equipped, clean and nicely furnished. The pool area was lovely and bar staff very friendly. Its not super obvious where guest registration is for check in, and ice machines were not on every floor, so in 110d we had to go looking for ice. Id recommended this place , plenty of places to eat close by and we enjoyed the proximity to Quintero golf course and Lake pleasant."

"Check in was so smooth. We called them at about 4pm on check in day because we wouldn't arrive until almost 2am, they gave us the code to the lock box and told us we were all set. They also gave us an after hours phone number in case we needed anything when we got there. The lock box was easy to open and we got inside with no issues. The Villa was beautiful and incredibly clean. The private hot tub was wonderful and we took full advantage of it after our almost 7 hour drive. Everything about our stay was wonderful and my kids have begged to go back to vacation there. We will definitely be back"
