"This was such a bad hotel I have 4 asd kids ages 16 -14 - 12 - 9 but me in wrong room costed a lot of money and ended up in 2 different rooms and the manners of the staff were very rude!! I will be speaking to Blackpool council about this never again will I stay at this hotel very dirty full of flys and not cleaned at all!! I am very upset!! Look at 2 pictures look totally different!! "The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the bedside areas and windowsill were quite dusty and could do with a thorough clean. Unfortunately, it took me a long time to fall asleep because the window wouldn’t close properly, so I could hear the sea all night."
