"The room was like a third world war terrorised space where the existence of cleanness hygiene and safety did not exist, the customer service and the fact that everything was so visible and they would ignore the issue was just out of this world. Basically i do not know how with all these health and safety rules and regulation they can even operate on such sites "

"Online Booking and check in were easy and there is on site parking (for an extra charge) The hotel is large and has some very grand looking features, with a fascinating history well situated on the north shore with an easy walk or tram ride along the promenade. The beds were comfortable, it was a budget room so we were at the side of the hotel towards the back, therefore only a view of the side street, could have been cleaner found long dark hairs in the bathroom and coffee cups hadnt been washed, also there was a musty smell in the room, there was a banging noise going on most of the night which kept us awake as if a door or window had been left open in an adjacent room. We had an evening meal which was very nice, all staff were very pleasant Breakfast was good, plenty of choice for hot and cold dishes, and staff were very nice. Overall would probably stay there again but ask for a better room"

"Great communal spaces, very comfortable and clean. Our room was 109 sea view 1 double bed , 2 single beds. Very spacious with a great sea view, bath in the bedroom with shower. Breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and plenty. Indoor pool ( warm) and jacuzzi was great. We only stayed one night to see the last night of Blackpool lights. 3 adults and 1 child."
