"I had a 6 night stay. The room was cleaned once in that time. It wasn't dirty, by any means, but tp, Kleenex and coffee needed to be refilled. I was in and out throughout the whole 6 days (left pretty early and arrived back late), so I think it should've been addressed. Otherwise, this hotel is great for the price."

"This was my first stay at Aloft. The main complaint I have is the noise and poor condition of the rooms. Staff were helpful with moving me to a new room with working heat/AC and phone. The noise issues were ridiculous and not solved by the move. I think the builder completely skipped any type of soundproofing. This may have been intentional in keeping with the "loft" theme? Wouldn't recommend staying here, won't be back myself."
