Hidalgo Trip

Checking in. Hotel staff didn't tell us to download the app upon check in. Would have been useful because everything you reserve you need the app. All activities in the hotel, you can find with the app. The furnishings are a little outdated, needs an upgrade. I was here 12yrs ago and it's getting a little run down but still a very nice hotel. People there are very nice and helpful. If you imagine yourself laying on a pristine beach relaxing on a nice sun chair, this place is not for you. The beach is bad and i dont think they don't clean the washed up sea grass like at most resorts. But if you like adults only activities by the pool, this is your place!

Todo excelente pero la aerolínea Volaris es lo peor

Rooms were clean, staff was nice, accommodating, and lively, breakfast was always my favorite meal, the rest of the food was decent, and the pool and pool bar were great. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow for the water sports while I was there due to high winds but everything else was great!

Perfect getaway from busy lifestyle. Food selection is perfect, beautiful place, 10/10 recommend

This was the first resort that I have ever visited and I’d go again and again.
