"Clean room, kind staff, unfortunately my first room had a leak at sink and it took them some time to troubleshoot to then move me to another room a day later after I was all settled in. Maintenance has a long way to go in this hotel. It’s my 5th time staying here, there is always something related to maintenance.. during my previous stay the storm took out the generator and all night the AC was not working..it was super humid and hot.. "

"Todo estuvo muy bien solo que si recomiendo y ojalá y lo tomen en cuenta porque las personas que les he recomendado este hotel se quejan de la puerta para ir al baño, no tienes privacidad, yo voy con mis hijos y pues andamos batallando cuando nos metemos a bañar porque todo se ve, podrían ponerle algo al vidrio o cambiar la puerta de madera. Espero y lo tomen en cuenta porque no es que solo yo lo veo hay muchas personas que me comentan que por eso no se quedan ahí . Muchas gracias"

"Really recommend this Hotel . Came all the way from Los Angeles and would go back and visit. Great staff and hotel was really clean . Pool was really nice and clean to. Had a midnight snack ( room service ) and was delicious 😋.. . Thank u Staff and Cooks."

"The biggest issue was the check-in process. Andryk was extremely stubborn and unhelpful, making what should have been a simple arrival unnecessarily frustrating. The attitude felt dismissive and rigid, with no willingness to assist or find solutions. Definitely not the level of service you expect, especially at a hotel like this. Fortunately, Mr. Ernesto completely turned things around. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on resolving the situation. Thanks to him, the experience improved significantly. Staff like Ernesto make a real difference and reflect what hospitality should actually feel like. On the positive side, the hotel does honor Expedia VIP Gold perks, which I appreciated — I received a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast without issues once things were handled properly. The facilities are also very nice — clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but service consistency is key. If it weren’t for Ernesto stepping in, this would have been a very poor experience."
