"Absolutely phenomenal "feel" to the property. Lobby, common areas, rooms all have charm. Friendly and rapidly helpful staff. Perfect location for Barrio Antiguo, Santa Lucia, rest of Centro. Clean. Comfortable. However, internet speed quite sporadic and toilet paper holder awkward (obviously a very minor quibble). Nevertheless, beyond impressive."

The guest rooms are very clean and spacious, offering views of various parts of the city. Additionally, the lobby features a restaurant with a varied menu, delicious cuisine, and a family-friendly atmosphere, staffed by kind and helpful personnel. Highly recommended."

"Great location and accommodation. Easy access to Macroplaza, shopping, and restaurants. The only thing that surprised us was that the shower door was a glass door and transparent at the top and bottom, which was awkward for us. We got free drink vouchers and the rooftop lounge was nice. "

"The room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The desk was very attentive—we needed a walk-in shower and our first room didn’t have one. They moved us within minutes. Great location—walking distance to the Macroplaza and museums. It’s an old, elegant hotel in the center of the Barrio Antiguo. I’ll happily go back. "
