"The breakfast was $15 for a bar that looked bad, the bed was very uncomfortable, and it was very difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. The staff was great, the room was clean, but for the price it should include breakfast and it should definitely be comfortable."

Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so it’s a double whammy"

"Parking lot needs several large pot holes fixed. There is some mold in the shower ceiling. The staff was friendly but I called and asked for towels and the front desk told me I can come get them. I probably wouldn’t return. "

"First of all they waited until i git there to tell me that i had to pay $100 security deposit. The room was raggedy and it had roaches in it. The bathroom sink was broken. The towels had hair on it and the floor had burn marks everywhere. The bed barely had cover on it also. Also, the elevator stopped working."
