"No food in late evening which was a shame as I missed dinner at an event I was attending in Leeds. Overnight the hotel was very noisy with sound travelling between floors etc. The staff were nice but a little indifferent. The breakfast was part cold and the coffee was terrible. "Disappointing stay in what we thought was a good hotel. Rooms were awful.. very badly equipped and maintained. Main areas were nice and clean and well-presented. Breakfast had a wide, varied range of poor quality, over-cooked products. Not worth the money."

"The whole feeling of the hotel felt dated and in much need of updating , the advert fails to show that each side of the lovely looking building are 2 great blocks of rooms.
