Bella Beach - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Staff were very helpful and welcoming and all fluent in English. Good to have access to tennis court, basketball hoop, gym. 2nd outdoor pool was green the whole time so not really usable. The other outdoor pool was cold but still okay to swim in. Nice sun beds on beach. There were a few storms which meant the power kept cutting out and the WiFi dropped. Fairly clean, a couple of ants around food. Got a bottle of water daily, but didn't always get other things in the room replaced like soap and coffee. Our block of accomodation was across from the main bit of the hotel and they didn't always turn the lights on when it was dark which was a bit creepy to walk back alone and relied on phone torches to see up the stairs. Good variety of food and drinks throughout the day, although the wine bar didn't have a lot of the options on the menu. Small shop on site was well priced and had essentials and souvenirs. Easy to get to the airport and into Heraklion by bus. Would stay again but hopefully without the thunderstorms!"

"Great, attentive staff. They provided excellent customer service. They surprised my partner with a bottle of wine on his birthday. The room was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. It's in a great location, close to all of the popular restaurants and bars (as seen on tiktok), and it's only a few minutes walk away from the beach. I will definitely stay here again"

"This is a fabulous 5* gem, and we had a great time. Positives: Stunning hotel, extremely cleanl, lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and showers, lovely happy friendly staff. A hotel with great ambience, luxury all neatly bundled up into a lovely package and we'll be back again soon. Also so quiet, even though the hotel was not empty. Negatives - 5 restaurants, unchanging menu, even in the main buffet restaurant, so choices were lacking by the end. Rooms were not serviced if you missed the early morning rounds. Having returned to our rooms in the afternoon/evening, our room would not have been cleaned - this didn't phase us that much. Overall: We visited end of September (after school holiday period) when the weather was turned cooler and windier. The pool was too cold to enjoy and was avoided by most guests. A regulated pool would be much better. Same for the bedroom pools - we didnt use ours as the water was on par to having an ice-dip. This was the same for many of the other rooms we could see."

"Had an amazing stay at Mitsis Laguna Resort in Crete! Everything was excellent—from the beautiful resort and great food to the friendly and hardworking staff. The service was outstanding, and everyone made us feel very welcome. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back again! 🇬🇷☀️"

"Fantastic 5 night day, we were upgraded to a suite in the adults exclusive area on arrival. The view from our room was stunning. The staff could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much of an ask. The à la carte restaurants served fresh food to a high standard. We shall be back!"

"One of the best resorts I have ever visited. From the property, staff, our suite, the service, the smell, attention to details and food; 100/10. My friends and I had an amazing time and did not even explore or utilize all the amenities. Will definitely be back with my spouse."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amirandes Hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our bungalow room was lovely. We especially enjoyed being able to walk straight out and look at the sea. The main pool is huge, with plenty of space to relax, and there are lots of activities available throughout the week. We particularly loved the padel, olive oil tasting and pottery making. I also had the signature massage, which was a full-body treatment. I love a massage, and this was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The poolside team were always so smiley and attentive, regularly bringing us drinks and making us feel very well looked after. The cleaners were equally friendly, and our room was immaculate every day. We ate at the buffet most evenings, but we also visited Blue Monkey. If you are staying on a half-board basis, they offer a €20-per-person credit against the bill, which was a lovely bonus. The food there was delicious. The buffet staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and we especially loved the pancake lady! The morning team were also fantastic, taking our coffee orders as soon as we sat down. Every member of staff helped make our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend Amirandes Hotel and would love to return."
