"I easily give 5-stars; it has brand-new cozy and stylish rooms, also it is surrounded by such beautiful, rich history right outside your door. Staff is very friendly and professional. The Paris-Londres cobblestone streets added beautiful colonial charm ; as it is located in the Santiago’s centre , you are steps away from some of Santiago's best attractions, like the Centro Cultural Palacio de La Moneda and the National Library. Despite it is in the centre, I felt safe. Of course you need to be aware of the surroundings at night time, but overall a very charming place and a pleasant experience."
