The Filipino themed buffet is a must…I had an early flight, and requested for a breakfast pack, which I very much appreciated…the pool area at the top of the building has a great view of the city…will definitely stay here again. "Suppose to be a 5 stars hotel, but services provided, doesn’t support that; All times I went out of the hotel, or came in, there was NEVER a bellboy at the entrance, to help with the luggage. On the day of my arrival, I had to take out my heavy suitcase from the taxi’s trunk by myself, since there is no one out there to help you. If by coincidence they notice you from within the hotel, they would come to help, but in most cases, it is too late… Executive lounge is nice. One day everything was fine, the other day, they forgot to put spoons and tools, in order that you will be able to take some food from the display. "Towels were in meager supply, only half of should be needed for this double room. No restaurant or nearby food options if checking in late, but the room was clean and adequate. We needed just a few hours rest, after our late night flight arrival and the next morning ferry. A very convenient walk to the ferry dock. "
