"The Devlin was without a doubt the best hotel experience I have had in a very long time. From the afrobeats and lively warm welcome in the lounge upon our arrival, to the cinema, and friendly staff, this place has it ALL. It’s just like they say, they are NOT just a hotel. Located in a prime location, this facility boasts eclectic and well laid out rooms, a cozy and walkable neighborhood with LOTS of good food options, and a laundromat next door. The front desk staff and the bar/restaurant staff are all so friendly and welcoming and I had the most amazing drinks at this hotel - best of my entire stay in Ireland… yes REALLY! I am already planning my return, but as for now, Devlin, stay classy!"

"Either the staff of the hotel or expedia messed up. We have booked a room of regular size, but we were put into a snug room. When we asked about it we were told that all the rooms were of the same size. But looking further we were then on the last day moved to a larger room. We also had a couple of friends that had done the same booking as us, and they had completely different rooms that what we were given. Our room was tiny, it has a full bed for two people, the bathroom was so small that the door had to stay open while showering. We had no space to move around the room. Luckily for us we were spending most of the time outside exploring Dublin, but this was smaller than rooms that you would get in France. If you are booking make sure what room you have booked and do not book the snug room (We did not book this). "

"Lovely, grand hotel. Rooms are a bit dated, and fresh, lighter coloured furniture would be preferred. Bed was very comfy. Shower screens rather than shower curtains would be preferred. Nice touch to have biscuits and water in the room. If fridges were added to the rooms, that would be good too. Lovely lobby, bar and restaurant area. Breakfast was brilliant and the scrambled eggs were delicious and golden! The smoothies and yoghurt granola pots were great too. Hotel is in a great location and easily accessible by public transport and close to the RDS. Definately recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely location and hotel, staff very helpful and kind. Close to airport transfer stop, bus stops, train station and walking distance to some nice pubs. My only critique would be that our ‘superior double’ room was actually just 2 twin beds pushed together. But comfy nonetheless."
