From the warm welcome on arrival through to our leaving, the staff were excellent. Our room was an adequate size, and everything was clean and tidy including the ensuite bathroom. There were a couple of minor glitches as the flat had not been used for a few months, but Vanessa, our outstanding host, attended to them immediately and effectively.
