Absolutely loved the hotel, especially the amenities. Spa was amazing with multiple saunas, steam room, ice room, cold plunge and infinity pool. And room had great view of the ocean.

Great hotel, staff were polite and kindly let us check-in early as the room was ready. The place was easy to find and free parking helped as driving around is the only way to properly navigate and parking is generally tricky. Room was clean, spacious enough and quiet.

I rarely rate properties but this hotel is simply amazing. 10/10 , amenities , staff , restaurants, location, atmosphere, design. Would happily return to this Okinawan paradise. Breakfast options were also fantastic.

Outstanding 5 star hotel that lived up to its rating. Everything worked just as it should do. Very well managed at all levels of staff.

The room we booked had a partial sea view and it was absolutely stunning. I was able to wake up to the ocean every morning and sit on my balcony! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and the lobby had access to all sorts of snacks and drinks. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chatan

Friendly and courteous staff, housekeeping very forthcoming and service-oriented. Room absolutely clean, amenities have been replenished every day. Beach with wonderful water close to the Hotel ; Beach itself clean and in good condition. Hotel facility well maintained with beautiful flowers and palm trees.

Amazing view of the bay and can walk out of the hotel straight into it. I'd recommend waiting for low tide and you can make it out a good 200 metres in normal shoes. Great location and easy to get Uber into Naha or wherever you want. Lovely staff and the rooms have washing machines, dryers microwaves.loved it.

This hotel was close to a 'beach' but it was not a real beach. That was disappointing. But the staff were excellent and the room was clean.

The property was very clean the staff incredibly helpful and the food great, great value for money amazing location definitely recommend, would visit again.
