I was exhausted on arrival, having spent 7 days in Jordan visiting Syrian refugee camps etc. The Triumph Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Because of the inexpensive price, I was expecting very basic bed and breakfast. No - this was an international standard hotel with cheerful, efficient staff at every level. My stay was bliss.

The Royal Marshall has been a massive surprise and for the price eating in just like going out, which I did. The staff were always polite and helpful during our stay, plus if you need anything late at night, like we did as no luggage, rang around and got us up and running.
Is situated in a good central point for our trips and after our week here can only highly recommend Also has great WiFi, can a bit congested in the rooms in the evenings but I found normal at most hotels I’ve stayed Thank you...

A real hidden gem in Cairo!
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when booking this hotel. I was specifically looking for a budget-friendly option in downtown Cairo and understood that it might not offer all the services and facilities you would typically find at the more established hotel chains. However, this place genuinely exceeded all my expectations.
The hotel is located on the 9th floor, with reception on the 10th floor accessible by a short flight of stairs from the lift. We stayed in a...

The Waldorf Astoria is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at... It is stunning and for travellers who want luxury, convenience and an unforgettable stay, this is the place. The hotel oozes quality. The staff are fantastic, the rooms (we were upgraded to a suite) are beautiful, spacious and clean. The facilities, including restaurant and pool are also excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would not stay anywhere else in Cairo - by far the best hotel for miles around....

I booked the hotel but actually stayed in their other property Sama Sherif Basha Hotel due to unavailability issues. This could have gone terribly wrong and was offered to stay in Sama Sherif and at 4am in the morning I don’t want to end up in the streets so accepted. The trip was saved. Ahmed was very helpful in settling us in the rooms and it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in the room and could feed a whole village. The hotel is in Downtown Cairo and plenty of restaurants and...

Great hotel - clean spacious room with great amenities! Also an excellent breakfast. Good options for restaurants - the Armenian is highly recommended.

Not like other Four Seasons, but they have specially view on the pyramids from the window of my room. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and pleasant, room service was really good and very helpful, I called them at 3.30am asking for a extra duvet, its provide straight away :)
Location is great there is not in a quiet location off the main noise road, but the real problem about the noise was inside my room, the guys in the next room making so high conversation...

The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit.
The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.
