"I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. Although the staff members were friendly and accommodating, the pictures on the website were misleading. The shower was mouldy and the equipment was old. Additionally, there was no iron machine or iron board available. I would rate this hotel as one-star. When I booked a dinner buffet, there was no buffet available, and I was given a limited à la carte menu with only two options. However, the staff were very friendly. I advise that you think twice...

"I suppose to be in plaza they give me room at golf resort. On check in I pay for the 1 night and on the check out they charge me extra (telling me that I didn't pay the tax) while the real price was for plaza not golf resort. Didn't give me the WiFi password. Didn't give me the golf view. There is much better hotels and resorts with friendly stuff than swiss in."
