"We loved this hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The room was great, we enjoyed the very efficient bus service into San Sebastián. Although we didn’t get time to swim, the pool and bar looked great! We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to San Sebastián. "

"Great location, beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. It’s a very easy walk to the beach, to Old Town, and to hundreds of shops and restaurants. The little pool on the rooftop (7th floor) was very clean and refreshing, and the poolside furniture was very comfortable for lounging and relaxing. The exercise room is very small but has a treadmill, bicycle and some dumbbells, so it had everything I needed, and I only saw one other person there on one occasion."
"The location was excellent. Walking distance to old town and right by the river that has a beautiful walking path along it. Also easy walking distance to Bodegas Francos Españolas Winery. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. There is onsite parking - your car gets its own elevator and designated space. "
"This property is across the street from the Guggenheim museum. The hotel has several restaurants that are very good. The breakfast is quite pricey at 35 euros per person.Staff were excellent. My one complaint was the shower which was awkward and sprayed water everywhere."
"Free shuttle to airport from 5am to 11pm. Good breakfast starting at 5am - even they call it an express breakfast between 5am and 6am, it’s impressively good. We stay at two hotels near the airport and Holiday Inn is better in multiple ways (service, breakfast, price, frequency of shuttle). "

"Lovely welcoming and informative staff at reception, happy to provide tips and recommendations. Great size room with comfy bed and bath/shower/bidet/face mirror in bathroom with nice lighting. Mini bar and room service options also provided, along with security locker. Plus espresso coffee & tea making facility. All clean and comfortable & the bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Lovely neighbourhood location with short walk to cafe's, shopping and to La Concha beachfront. Nice bar and restaurant and handy to have this option when it wet and windy outside. "
"Hotel was located just at the edge of the main shopping and dining areas of central Bilbao. Everything seemed to be within walking distance and very convenient. Our suite was clean and large, had a separate bedroom with king bed and living area with pull-out sofa bed. It was perfect for our visit since we were dropping off our son to university and he needed to stay with us for a few days before checking into his dormitory. Breakfast was also included and consisted of pastries, breads, eggs, potatoes, ham, bacon, cheeses, fresh-cut fruit, cereals, yogurt coffees, teas and juices. We would definitely stay here again, or at another one of the Ilunion branded hotels."
