Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et parle le français L’hôtel est calme mais à proximité des grands axes donc parfait pour faire une pause lors d’un long trajet L’appartement était parfait, propre, literie parfaite L’unique bémol est qu’il n’y avait pas de liquide vaisselle, éponge ni pastille pour le lave-vaisselle donc nous avons dû laisser notre vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle (d’ailleurs il y en avait à notre arrivée à l’intérieur du lave-vaisselle)

Hoy por hoy no es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Con 3 tiene suficientes. Los enchufes están medio sueltos; el spa es caro para lo que es y en los colchones se notan los muelles. Lo mejor: el personal. Muy amables y atentos.

Hotel impecable, a pesar de algunas opiniones que había leído, el Hotel está muy bien. Muy cerca de la parada de tranvía que te permite ir al centro o a cualquier otra parte de Vitoria muy cómodamente. Muchos detalles que alegran tu estancia y te hacen sentir casi como en casa. Lastima haber estado tan poco tiempo y no haber podido disfrutar del Spa ni del restaurante. Espero volver.

No es un hotel 5 estrellas, es 4 estrellas…los servicios de un 5 estrellas son mas numerosos y mayor calidad. Un hotel de 5 estrellas no suele cobrar 40€ por un check in anterior a las 13:00 horas y es lo que me cobraron.
