"We were a group of 9 staying to do the marathon and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. The whole staff team were exceptional, from Britt, Senne and Putri in reservations and reception through to the team in the restaurant especially Fajar who remembered me wanting soya cappuccinos each morning. Super friendly and helpfu one and all. The restaurant food was great such that we ate there a lot more than we'd originally planned and they catered brilliantly for coeliac vegetarians like me. They opened breakfast early on marathon day at 6am which was perfect. The wellness centre was also ace - the pool is cool temperature wise which is great for swimming and has great hydro jets. The sauna super hot and good steam room too. It is also beautifully styled and very eco conscious. Finally getting into town was easy - either a 1.7km walk or two stops on the 26 tram to central. And finally very peaceful at night. And for those that like fresh air when you're sleeping you can open the patio doors wide rather than be stuck with those teeny windows you get in some hotels. Probably one of the best places I've ever stayed for combining a beautiful hotel with such warm and friendly service. Thank you team!"

"Amsterdam was amazing—the city is beautiful, and the hotel is in a great central location. We stayed in the Collector Suite, which was stunning and very comfortable. The only disappointment we had was with the concierge, who wasn’t able to arrange a private vehicle on short notice; we were told they require at least six hours’ notice. We also felt that no one really took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities, so we had to figure things out ourselves. The property layout can be a bit confusing, and finding your way to and from the lobby takes some getting used to. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the staff could be a bit more proactive and helpful to make guests feel more supported."

"From the moment we checked into the hotel the staff couldn’t have done enough for us. From little touches in the room, to the customer service was excellent. We stayed in the family room (bunk bed) and our kids loved it, it was like having separate rooms. The room was very comfortable and clean and was susprised how spacious it was. Ideal for family city break. Facilities to make tea and coffee which always helps. Nice coffee shop across the street- bit pricey and grocery store handy for those snacks for the room. Less than 10 minutes to Central Station on the tram. The closest tram stop is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel easy access. "

"Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was worth paying for in advance. Huge variety of food items. Quiet hotel with elevators, and refrigerators in the room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location to nearby train station to get around town via."

"Beautiful old building from 1700s. Modern facility with fantastic spa area with pool, sauan, infa red, steam and hot tub. "

"great location and great bar area. the only complaint is one of the elevators had vomit in it. Things happen when everyone is having fun. we told them about at it at 530am and when we came back at 8am after breakfast before leaving for the airport it was still in the elevator. I would stay again. "
