"Room was fine, but didn't have a safe (which was advertised to have).
The WiFi was decent.
Unfortunately bed in my room was very uncomfortable and there isn't much sound proofing between walls and so can hear people talking and moving around. "
"Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "

10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel. Close to the US Embassy and. Clean, well maintained, and has everything needed. "
"Very good service in all areas. Thank you to reception for assistance with accommodating all special requests. To bartender who brought meal to the room. "
"Did the job for 2 nights but thats about it. The room was a good size and air con worked well but i could literally hear everything being said and done in the room next door. There isnt much around the hotel although the taxi’s are pretty cheap. Overall if on a budget and only staying 1-2 nights it is ok aslong as you have ear plugs! "
"Staff were inattentive. At check in I asked to combine my two reservations and was told someone would get back to me, no one did. At check out, it was a near argument with the staff (who were asleep when I was trying to leave) about them saying I needed to have my room checked before I was “allowed” (in his words) to leave. Other staff didn’t speak English and were unhelpful when I tried to communicate over Google translate.
My room was not cleaned one of the nights I stayed.
I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.
