The staff were incredible. They went out of their way to be helpful. The food was amazing. Healthy and creative and so delicious. Loved it. I’ll definitely be going back. It’s a break to reconnect with nature - as such there are windows in the bedrooms with no blinds so you wake up slowly with the morning light. Personally I prefer black out blinds but it is in keeping with what the hotel is trying to do. I also feel a juicer on site to have freshly prepared juices would not go amiss but these...

Lovely large room and ensuite, comfy bed, really fabulous breakfast served by an attentive and informative host. Even though the winery was closed the host opened it for us to raste the wines and make a purchase.

The Hotel is a lovely 5 star. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and also the breakfast. There is parking and a lift up to reception.

Excellent stay

Madison Mountain Retreat is exactly what it says. A retreat in the Mountains, away from pesky 'real world' interferences of internet, email, phone calls, texts etc. Blissfully peaceful, rustic, but lovely cabins, lively alpacas, glorious birdsong, beautiful surrounds. The staff are lovely and friendly, and will supply basic foodstuffs (bread, milk, cheese, bacon) on requests, as well as eggs daily from their free range hens. Very welcoming reception, nice clean and comfy unit at great price. Great location of site for local visiting or using the nearby traun station to get into Central Sydney in about an hour

Lovely apartment with an upgrade , very new and clean with great cooking cleaning facilities. Rooftop bar food was friendly with a nice atmosphere, a lot of birthdays but they accommodated us easily and events were not intrusive in rooms

We throughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Silvermere. Lew is a charming, helpful host and the house is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious!

Stayed here for New year and it was lovely. Fanstatic helpful staff and dining options were great with the west hq across the hotel. Was slightly out of the city centre but wasnt a problem. We just travelled by train in to sydeny harbout. All in all great hotel and experience. Recommend if you want soemthing outsode of the ciry area that includes entertainment including bowling, gaming and restaurants.

We are looking to buy a home and decided to look in The Hills area. Our accommodation was well situated to go to lots of different areas. The staff were friendly and rooms very clean

Great space as always with Meriton and a lovely pool. The check-in process is a bit long winded having to fill out your details again - despite booking online. However this is only a minor issue, definitely our number one choice of accommodation

Rooms were a good size and had everything we needed ❤️ Hotel was within walking distance of the local metro station and rouse hill town centre The fiddlers restaurant on site is a good idea for people wanting a meal However having a local shop or bar in the hotel would be great But all in all had a fantastic 6 nights there , was able to get into Sydney and back with no problems Highly recommended
