"The staff was incredibly good and attentive. The breakfast was delicious as well! The ground floor rooms hear A LOT of foot noise from the rooms above so travelers be aware of this. We will request a top floor next time. Also, the ‘resort fee’ of $40 per day was excessive (not sure what that was really for exactly) especially considering we had to find street parking, but I guess that’s the standard in the area? Overall great experience and we would stay again for sure. "

"The hotel was fine but they double charged my card and they don’t return phone calls or refund the double charge and it has been weeks. "

"Cleanliness is their claim to fame. Someone’s constantly cleaning or maintaining something. Staff is warm, helpful, and attentive. This hotel is central to everything. We stayed 6 nights and walked to breakfast and dinner at a different restaurant each day within 3 or 4 short blocks. Didn’t need a car to dine, shop, or enjoy the beach. Although it’s hilly to walk from the beach, it’s easier than trying to park a car. Breakfast at the hotel is meager, however the pool is excellent, heated from April-November temperature in the 80’s. Would gladly stay here again. "

"Great place in a great location! Our room was a little dated but everything was very comfortable & clean, the room had a small fireplace and we had plenty of room for our luggage etc. Breakfast had a nice spread too! "

"The place was cute bur the outside needs a little touch up. The bathroom is supee small and the roiler paper holder was falling off the wall. I wish there was a small table to eat at, but other than that it was cozy."
