4/5 - Good
Plenty of things to do around with small children. Lots of family friendly pubs not to far from hotel

Good breakfast, warm room, bath welcome even though dated Whole hotel needs updating and refurbishment but value for money

Had to leave and book somewhere else. Room was cold, no heating, dirty, smelly. No hotel staff and didnt even get a key to the room. I am now chasing a refund. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

Love the station suites. Always choose this place when up in Teesside. Laura and her team really look after their customers. Suite rooms are clean with fabulous facilities. Highly recommend

Great spacious room. Lovely rainfall shower as well as a regular shower head. Decent size bathroom and I loved the apartment style amenities - made it a really comfortable 3 night stay.

Nice town.
Missed the hotel breakfast but the OK diner 2 mins down the road was surprisingly good
not fair to comment only visited to collect new kittens, so purely functional visit but liked Hartlepool and will visit again
The marina area is a much better place to stay - lively bars and choice of restaurants but more expensive hotels.
