Good location for a city break
"We enjoyed our stay, unfortunately the lift was out of order which was inconvenient but otherwise the hotel offered all we needed. Overall the hotel was very ckean, however the room was rather dusty. Staff all friendly and a great location for visitibg Durham."

Concierge organised a taxi for us to be taken into Durham. We then went for food and drinks and the taxi company provided by Ramside Hall also came and picked us up at the end of the night, a great service.
