"Check in process was smooth. Hotel is large and pool is amazing. When we first arrived our door was already slightly open and there was a foul odour in the room. Called the front desk and they upgraded our room. Hotel staff delivered new keys. Went up to new room and outside the door was a dirty spoon. Hotel staff called us in new room to make sure everything was good (which was very nice) but didn’t feel like complaining further as we had a long travel day with a toddler and newborn. I understand the hotel is large and accommodates a large number of guests and events but I don’t believe the cleanliness is to par. There seems to be a lack of oversight and attention to detail. For the price I expect more from my stay. "

"We had a room with a kitchenette. It was almost pointless. There was a fridge, microwave, sink & counter. No stove or cooktop, coffee- maker, pans, knives, etc. Only two plates, bowls, cups & cutlery. The bed was comfortable."

"Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Front desk had us checked in in 10 minutes after we came in the door. Breakfast was fresh and ready at the time they said it would be ready."
