"Upon check in they never asked for a $100 deposit even though i had the money to pay it their employee didn't do their job ! As i was looking to extend they said i had to pay $100 plus what ever it cost to extend the room. Very unprofessional trashy hotel . THE WIFI SUCKS! The cleaners are nosey and just want to be in your business instead of cleaning and the front desk workers are beyond disingenuous and unprofessional DONT COME TO SUBURBAN STUDIOS"

"This was my first time staying at an extended stay hostal, so I was easily impressed. My partner, not so much which is why I gave it an average score. I did really like that they had a 1 cup coffee maker in the room."

"The first room that they provided was never cleaned. Bed looked like it was just slept in, towels on the couch and cups on the table. Second room the toilet wasn’t working, they sent someone up to fix it. Came back later that night to find the fridge overheating, they brought one up that didn’t but at least it worked. Then I go to take a shower before going to bed and guess what no water which they didn’t bother to mention that since they were under renovation that water was shut off from night time to morning time. Breakfast was worst than hospital food, bland overall. Just one of my worst stays ever and I travel a lot."

"This hotel is in a great location right across from Top Golf. It seems safe, was very well maintained and offered a good breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants around the location and a Target. Parking was safe. The Rooms were clean so was the Lobby! It was a great stay! Will be back again."

"The room was clean. One morning I came downstairs and their was a large rolling cart heaped full of trash bags sitting in one of the main hallways by the elevator. There is just one small elevator. Breakfast was not appealing - bacon did not look cooked which made me reluctant to try the eggs. Only instant oatmeal. No milk alternatives. The hotel is close to I-69 and my room was facing the highway. Poor sound insulation as I heard traffic noise throughout the night that was very loud (sounded like drag racing). Around 1:30 am a car pulled up to a parking spot right below my window. The people in the car got out, blasting music and stayed out there partying for two hours. No response from management. The other entry points were dark and covered and as a single woman did not feel safe to enter. I will not stay here again."
