I had booked 3 rooms (105,106, 107) for my family to stay 1 night at this terrible place.. To begin with the front office associates were straight faced to put it mildly & were never keen on working. One of them was only concerned on pushing a guy’s candidature for a job with someone on phone... When we enquired about the stinking smell all around, were informed there is some seepage which has caused this & it is only limited to lobby area. We checked in & had to call multiple times & eventually after 2 hours were able to get water refills for the room... Talking about the room, they don’t have basics like almirah also... We asked for some room service & were told that all that exists in name of room service is a basic car covering (tea, coffee, water, sandwiches & Pakoras)... You will NOT be served anything else.. If you ask for some plates or spoons, even those will be denied.... Lastly when we were to check out in morning after 6 calls for someone(Read Bell boys) to help collect the luggage, no one came.. Had to eventually lug everything on my own & the guys at reception were not even bothered (Forget a show of empathy)...
Will highly recommend all NOT to waste your money unless you are keen to explore the other end of Customer Service which is described in one word; PATHETIC!!
