Water from bathroom doesn’t drain out..., & they charge unnecessary for early check in, further at this cost other hotels provide swimming pool & sauna but this hotel hasn’t any of these services,

Situated beside the Railway Station. OK for 1day stay. Though convenient to reach, but being in middle of busy area, can be noisy at times. Check-in area was busy during peak hours. Buffet options for Breakfast and Dinner were not so exciting and need to be managed better.Bedding etc was OK. Should have placed Kettle for tea / coffee service in the room itself. Refrigerator was on "request" which seems strange. Bathrooms were too small.

The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally welcoming. Rajesh and Vimal if I remember their names right were very cordial and friendly. Thankyou to both of thises gentlemen.

Good location and nice rooms.
The location is perfect for those travelling by train as the hotel is within the station campus. Plenty of conveyance is available outside the hotel. Hotel restaurant is good while several other food joints are located across the road. Staff is courteous and rooms are good and clean.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the railway station and bus station. The hotel was clean and tidy though some work is required internally. The restaurant staff were very friendly and willing to serve with a smile. However i cant say the same about the reception staff. They need to attend a customer care course. The bell boy however very nice, friendly and helpful. My biggest problem here was the wifi. I could hardly get it here. The reception staff were totally unhelpful.

It's an OK place. Good for the price. My room I assume was used as a smoking room before so it had an uncomfortable excess air deodorant. Had to change. Railway station is steps away. Be prepared.

The hotel is ok for the price. As it is next to the railway station, and I mean right next, it is very noisy. They staff are there, they don.t go out of the way to help, very slow to do things. Room have a potential to be very nice but have suffered from years of neglect. As I said ok for the price.

Stinks due to paint, noise still ok
The whole property stinks due to ongoing paint work, noise do disturbs which could be fixed with sound proof windows Still best option compare to rest of the old furnished hotels that I saw nearby.

Poor housekeeing and room service.
Hotel basement was filled with stegnant water which was stinking like hell.Full alleyways were stinking mixed with lot of room freshners and phenyl . Housekeeping and room service was pathetic.For every thing need to call atleast 3 times and wait for min 30 minutes.There were no complimentary tea kits reason told tht that tea kits are finished.The only good thing is location.Rooms were clean n maintained but stinking because of water in basement.

One of the WORST hotels I have ventured too; ever!
I had booked 3 rooms (105,106, 107) for my family to stay 1 night at this terrible place.. To begin with the front office associates were straight faced to put it mildly & were never keen on working. One of them was only concerned on pushing a guy’s candidature for a job with someone on phone... When we enquired about the stinking smell all around, were informed there is some seepage which has caused this & it is only limited to lobby area. We checked in & had to call multiple times & eventually after 2 hours were able to get water refills for the room... Talking about the room, they don’t have basics like almirah also... We asked for some room service & were told that all that exists in name of room service is a basic car covering (tea, coffee, water, sandwiches & Pakoras)... You will NOT be served anything else.. If you ask for some plates or spoons, even those will be denied.... Lastly when we were to check out in morning after 6 calls for someone(Read Bell boys) to help collect the luggage, no one came.. Had to eventually lug everything on my own & the guys at reception were not even bothered (Forget a show of empathy)... Will highly recommend all NOT to waste your money unless you are keen to explore the other end of Customer Service which is described in one word; PATHETIC!!

Good Location

Rent og stille hotell.
Sto på nøkkelkortet at det måtte leveres i resepsjonen hvis man ønsket rengjøring. Dette stemmer ikke. Det er daglig renhold uansett nøkkel. Veldig stille om natta, selv om det ligger rett ved togstasjonen. Flott betjening.

hotel novo e vizinho a estação de trem
Escolhi o hotel pois precisava dormir uma noite em Haridwar porque meu trem ia sair muito cedo e ele fica ao lado da estação de trem, o que facilitou muito para nós. Apesar de novo e com um lobby interessante, os corredores do quarto estão precisando de uma manutenção, pois estão com infiltração. No mais o hotel é muito bom.

Location!!
Good hotel in a convenient location. However, be prepared for a lot of noise, especially is your room heads to the main road. But being so close to the train and bus stations is a clear advantage. Staff was nice, room was ok. Wifi worked erratically.

Sauberes Hotel neben dem Bahnhof in Haridwar
wir haben hier eine Nacht während unserer Reise hier übernachtet. Leider liegt das Hotel direkt neben dem Bahnhof so das man bis in die Nacht hinein die Ansagen hört.
